It's cool, but it doesn't really look like it belongs to the PS1 era to be honest. This reminds me more of the PS2 or even some PS3 assets.

Yeah I kinda agree, been loving the strong use of normal maps in late-ps2/early ps3 era. And honestly I'm just a little tired of just pixelating everything, maybe I should rename the last 3 packs to "PSX-2/PS2"??

But they are all super low poly and the textures are 256x like my PSX models always are :D My thought process was that I could provide higher quality texture art, and devs could just crunch the textures more if necessary. Also I'd say a most devs are just using post shaders or effects to distort or pixelate the screen for PSX stuff. But I am open to being wrong XD

Nah, I'm not saying that you're wrong by any means, pal. And I also understand what you said.
Most developers use shaders and effects to emulate the PSX look, regardless of how the original models look.
I'm not an expert, but I also have some PSX and retro effects that I have bought, and they can make anything look pixelated, even if it was originally high res.
However, if the polygon count is too high, then you will still notice it, even if it's pixelated.
But that's ok to certain degree, because not every PSX style game needs to be 100% faithful to how the games actually looked and played back then.
If we really wanted to make a game that was completely like the original PlayStation, then we wouldn't even have a mouse, let alone 4k, widescreen, and 60fps.
