Update 1.1

My focus on this update was to add my diversity to the male templates and provide a lot more possibly useful animations for people to use.

• Added 3 Weapons (Axe, Pistol, Steak Knife)
• Added 3 Hats (Beanie, Trucker Cap, Chef Hat)
• Added 11 Animations
• Added 2 Male Textures (Asian, African)
• Added 2 Male Models

(Working on  the update for the Modular Male with all the same animations and additions)

Also I will have an update on New Haven after this weekend :D
